Overview
Capstone Construction is a growing restoration and construction company serving Spokane and surrounding areas. We specialize in helping homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, and other property damage. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our restoration team as a Contents Cleaning Technician. We are currently hiring for temporary help; however, there may be an option for permanent full-time work after 2-3 months.
Responsibilities
- Clean and restore contents damaged by fire, smoke, water, mold, or other losses
- Pack, label, inventory, and transport customer belongings safely and efficiently
- Assist with moving furniture and household contents at job sites
- Operate cleaning equipment and restoration tools
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse and company vehicles
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and restoration protocols
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members
- Document contents and cleaning progress accurately
- Assist with emergency restoration response when needed
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor daily
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Restoration, cleaning, moving, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Occasional overtime or emergency response work may be required
