and micro-business development services that promote financial
stability, asset building, and economic opportunity for individuals,
families, and small business owners throughout Vermont.

- Position:**Capstone is looking for a Financial & Micro Business coach

Qualifications
- B.A. or higher degree, preferably in community organizing, community
services; or a AA and nationally recognized accreditation in
Financial Counseling or Financial Coaching; or a comparable
combination of relevant work experience and training.
- 3 years\' in experience in personal finance management, personal
competency and sensitivity in working with low-income individuals
and families seeking to become economically self-sufficient.
- 4 years\' experience in small business development or management,
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience or experience managing a
