We are currently looking for a Receptionist. We are currently looking for someone who can fulfill the following hours
This position is temporary for 3-4 months. Perfect for anyone who is in highschool or college!
Monday- Friday 4pm- 8pm and every other weekend 9 am - 5 pm
The duties of this position are:
- Answer phone calls
-Transfer phone calls to their appropriate destination
-Screen employees as necessary or directed
-Complete various audits and computer work
Skill and experience requirements
*Must have excellent communication and phone skills
*Must have excellent customer relations experience with residents, co-workers and families
*Able to maintain professional demeanor and attitude at all times, including crisis situations
*Able to handle confidential information
Salary : $16
