What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Caprock?
The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. (Note: this is not seasonal, but year-round position)
- Greeting and seating Residents and Guests.
- Responsible for taking meal/beverage orders and serving requested items according to established policies.
- Maintain all side stations and dining areas using the “clean as you go” policy.
- Assist with special events and functions as needed.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Assist with orientation and training of new food servers.
- Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
- Attend all in-services as required.
- Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor.
