Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble hot grill items and signature subs with speed and accuracy
- Operate grill equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining food quality standards
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
- Provide friendly, fast, and attentive customer service to every guest
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth service flow
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders accurately and on time
- Prior experience in food service, sandwich prep, or grill operations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food safety certification a plus
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience
