Capriotti's is looking for a social-first storyteller to take the reins on our brand's voice online. If you can turn a sandwich into a scroll-stopper, keep a content calendar running like clockwork, and know the difference between a vanity metric and one that actually matters — we want to talk to you.

What you'll own:

• Social strategy and content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond
• Brand voice and creative direction for a growing multi-state restaurant brand
• Community engagement, influencer partnerships, and campaign performance
• Close collaboration with our marketing team and franchise partners nationwide

What you bring:

3–5 years of social/content management experience (bonus points for restaurant, retail, or hospitality brands), strong storytelling instincts, and the organizational chops to juggle multiple markets at once.
