Every program reflects our commitment to pushing the boundaries of science and delivering life-changing treatments to patients and families who need them most.We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our NetSuite ERP system within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role is critical to ensuring system integrity, GxP compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to SOX/internal control requirements.The ideal candidate brings deep NetSuite expertise combined with experience operating in FDA-regulated or compliance-heavy environments. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite and partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Quality, and Operations to drive scalable, compliant solutions.Key Responsibilities ERP Administration & OptimizationAdminister and maintain NetSuite ERP in a validated environmentConfigure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and custom fieldsManage sandbox testing, upgrades, and release managementSupport multi-entity and multi-subsidiary structuresOversee integrations and data imports while ensuring data integrityCompliance & ValidationEnsure system compliance with GxP, SOX, and internal control requirementsSupport system validation activitiesMaintain SOPs, configuration documentation, and audit trailsParticipate in internal and external auditsManage change control processes and documentationConduct user access reviews and enforce segregation of duties (SoD)Financial & Operational SupportPartner with Finance to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closeMaintain audit-ready reporting and system documentationSupport compliance reporting and traceability requirementsProvide structured end-user training within a controlled environmentMinimum Qualifications 3 years of NetSuite administration experienceExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated environmentsStrong understanding of GxP and/or SOX compliance frameworksExperience supporting system validation and change controlDeep knowledge of NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, and reportingStrong documentation discipline and SOP development experienceExcellent cross-functional communication skillsPreferred QualificationsNetSuite Administrator CertificationExperience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalyticsExperience supporting FDA-regulated environmentsFamiliarity with 21 CFR Part 11 principlesExperience in multi-entity or global environmentsWork Environment / Physical DemandsRequires prolonged periods of computer use for data entry, document preparation, email communication, and HR system management.May involve occasional lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds.Ability to navigate standard office environments and participate in occasional employee events or meetings.Why Capricor?Capricor Therapeutics, a trailblazer in cell and exosome therapy, is dedicated to redefining standards of care with innovative treatments rooted in scientific excellence. Salary : $38 - $44
