What You'll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Evaluate consumer and residential loan applications.
- Guide customers through the lending process from application to closing.
- Analyze financial information and make sound lending recommendations.
- Build new relationships through community involvement and local business development.
- Recommend banking products and services that help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Represent Capon Valley Bank with professionalism while supporting the communities we serve.
What We're Looking For
- Previous banking or lending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of consumer lending practices. Residential lending experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A commitment to serving customers with professionalism, integrity, and personalized service.
