What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Network Technician position at Capleo Global LLC?
Shift : 8-5 M-F
Duration : 12 Months
Location : Albuquerque NM 87191(Onsite / Driving)
Pay : $25.00 / -Hour
All mileage during the day to work locations are reimbursed per the standard mileage.
Day to Day Work :
Break fix repair of Industry standard enterprise level servers, blades, storage and networking equipment. Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, and inventory control and the associated paperwork. Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local team.
Requested Skills :
Must have HANDS ON Smart Hands experience in data centre, knowledge on router and switches, break-fix on Dell Equipment.
Must have A Certified
Background in Hardware Server and / or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus
Excellent communication skills.
Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.
Specific Server and Storage training will be provided
Learn and retain proprietary processes.
