Essential duties include:
- Supervise patient care
- Administers treatment as prescribed within standard nursing practice guidelines and in full compliance with established infection control protocols
- Performs and records weekly pressure ulcer assessment and measurement documentation
- Monitors the progress of wound healing and makes recommendations
- Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
Qualifications:
- At least two years of Wound Care experience preferred
- Must know PCC
- Current Louisiana LPN license
- Must have current CPR Certification
- Wound Care certification
- Compassionate Nurse with great time management skills
