Capitol City Produce is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Office Specialist to join our Night Warehouse team. In this vital role, you’ll support our Night Operations by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of pick tickets for our Order Selectors. You’ll play an important part in keeping our night operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Print and sort labels for nightly orders.
- Distribute pre-printed pick tickets to Order Selectors.
- Provide administrative support to the Night Operations Supervisor and Outbound Manager.
- Maintain organization in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Operate standard office equipment such as phones, fax machines, photocopiers, and computers.
- Foster teamwork and maintain positive communication across the warehouse team.
- Promote a safe and efficient work environment.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
- Strong math and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with bar code technology and electronic data systems (preferred).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands.
- Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (34°F and below 0°F areas).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
