Principal Duties and Accountabilities (Essential Functions)

• Cleans and maintains grounds using mowers, trimmers, and other equipment as directed.
• Picks up trash on grounds and assists with plant beautification projects.
• Regularly uses a shovel, broom to clean various parts of the plant.
• Performs Labor functions in and around plant.
• Paints structures.
• Assists with quality samples.
• Performs other project work as needed.

• Must have mechanical aptitude.
• Must communicate effectively using appropriate interpersonal skills.
• Must supervisor own work and be self-motivated.
• Must be able to work outside 90% of the time and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
