What You’ll Do
-
Perform daily inspections and operate heavy equipment such as haul trucks, water trucks, skid steers, and portable plant machinery.

Support plant operations by moving materials, feeding crushers, and stockpiling aggregate.

Assist with plant housekeeping activities to maintain clean and safe work areas.

Help with basic maintenance and servicing of equipment as needed.

Conduct area audits and follow MSHA and company safety guidelines at all times.
What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

1 years of experience operating heavy equipment (mining, aggregates, or construction background preferred).

Ability to operate safely and efficiently in rugged and outdoor environments.

Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
-
Familiarity with safety inspections, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and MSHA standards preferred.
