We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our property management company. This is a commission-based position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who is driven, organized, and looking to grow within a fast-expanding real estate and property management company. The more rentals you lease, the more you earn—your potential is truly in your hands.

Job Description:

• Photograph available units and upload listings to major rental platforms
• Set up and manage listing appointments
• Show units to prospective tenants
• Collect deposits, applications, and required documents
• Review and screen applications
• Contact referrals and properly document all notes
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, provide access, and hand off keys/set electric lock for move in day
• Maintain clear communication with ownership/management throughout the leasing process

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Reliable transportation
• Basic tech skills (uploading photos, posting listings, email, etc.)
• Professional, friendly, and organized
• Leasing or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
