?? Position Summary
The Voyage Sales Manager oversees the Voyage Sales Team and ensures successful guest engagement following their full presentation. This leader is responsible for driving sales conversions, coaching representatives, improving processes, and ensuring guests clearly understand the value of ownership within the Capital Vacations portfolio.
?? Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Voyage Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Oversee the guest transition process following the main sales presentation to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.

Monitor and improve team performance metrics, including closing percentages and customer satisfaction.

Train team members on presenting the Capital Vacations ownership benefits and 10-Year Term Product.

Support sales representatives in crafting personalized vacation visions that resonate with each guests lifestyle.

Ensure team compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to drive improvement.

Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies, processes, and team development initiatives.

Perform all other managerial duties as assigned.
?? Education, Training & Experience

High School Diploma or GED preferred; college coursework or degree is a plus.

Prior leadership experience in sales, hospitality, or timeshare preferred.

Proven ability to achieve and maintain strong team closing rates and sales performance metrics.
