Essential Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing positions for Myrtle Beach and Cape Cod markets.
- Recruit for roles including sales representatives, marketing representatives, managers, directors, and other revenue-generating positions
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and operational leaders
- Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Attend career fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives as needed
- Travel to supported markets for recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and operational partnership opportunities
- Meet hiring goals while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
- High-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, hospitality, vacation ownership, retail, or commission-based positions
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
- Experience participating in hiring events, career fairs, and community recruiting initiatives
- Up to 25% travel to support recruiting efforts in additional markets
