Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Engaging resort guests and owners in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Generating interest in vacation ownership opportunities and company programs.
- Scheduling qualified owners for Owner Updates.
- Inviting qualified prospective owners to attend vacation ownership presentations.
- Communicating resort amenities, vacation opportunities, and available promotions.
- Building rapport with guests and creating positive first impressions.
- Meeting individual production goals while delivering excellent customer service.
- Completing required documentation accurately and maintaining knowledge of current programs and promotions.
