Discover by Capital Representative: Guide, direct, and lead the Sales Team in daily operations of resort sales. Assist Sales Associate with the finalization of the sales process and preparation of worksheet.
The ideal candidate:
- Maintain sales performance and finalization of sales
- Manage and train sales team
- Knowledge of, implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures
- Justifying and gaining consent to purchase from client
- Protect the company interest
- All other duties as assigned
