Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and customer preferences
- Coordinate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor inventory and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proven experience as a line cook in a restaurant or catering setting
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
