Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Greater Houston for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing strong partnerships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other stakeholders, conducting market research, and promoting the company’s suite of title and escrow services. Additionally, the role involves representing the company at events, networking, and managing a portfolio of clients to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Skills in Market Research and Identifying Business Opportunities
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales and performance goals
- Knowledge of the title industry and expertise in escrow services is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is desirable
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
