What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Executive position at Capital Title and Escrow?
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized, polished individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships within the Commercial and Residential industry with Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers, Banks, Lenders, Financial Institutions, Home Builders, Developers and Investors. In support of the sales strategy for the assigned territory develop and retain a client base through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing clients to attain maximum sales volume throughout all markets from company's divisional products and services. Please note this is not a salaried position but a 1099 independent contractor high paid commission per file only and a current book of business is highly recommended.
Responsibilities:
How You'll Contribute
- Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with existing client base.
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from networking, websites, apps, social media, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources and develop and execute on a call plan for qualified Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Loan Officers, Lenders, Financial Institutions, Banks, Home Builders, Real Estate Developers, Attorneys and Investors.
- Is highly visible in his/her marketing area by attending real estate industry and community functions and also creating real estate events with other industry leaders.
- Collaborates with internal marketing teams provided for their territory where needed to develop local marketing content (print, electronic) and social media presence to drive brand awareness to support sales strategy.
- Effectively creates or adapts and delivers presentations to client groups, target customers, and all real estate professionals within the industry.
- Interacts daily with other work groups (such as operations, marketing and escrow branches)
- Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients
- Ability to create MSA's between parties ( real estate brokers, investors )
- Acquire files, agreements, contracts and transactions for processing
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Title and Escrow industry field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good client relations and organizational skills
- Comfortable with virtual presentations, embraces technology and embraces change
- Demonstrated success in delivering results through others
- Demonstrated success establishing, leading, and maintainingeffective working relationships
- Proven track record in creating sales forecasts, identifying new areas of growth, and accurately analyzing sales performance data

- Drive and models client loyalty, expectations, feedback, and ensures commitments are met
- Must possess valid driver’s license
Typical Range of Experience
- Commercial and Residential Real Estate
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years related experience
- Experience directly with title and escrow transactional ethics and procedures
