What You’ll Do:
- Present dental treatment plans with confidence and clarity
- Achieve strong case acceptance and drive same-day treatment starts
- Deliver a 5-star patient experience that builds loyalty and repeat business
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients from the initial visit
- Use financing tools to help patients achieve the care they need
- Drive new patient growth through inbound calls, marketing, and networking
- Keep the schedule full with proactive care calls to past-due patients
- Review sales quotas, track performance, and exceed goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales-closing skills and relentless drive to hit and exceed targets
- Love for connecting with people and building long-term relationships
- Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Understanding of dental insurance, deductibles, coverage, and maximums (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and a reliable team player
Schedule:
- Full-time | 40 hours/week
- Mon: 9am–5pm | Tue: 11am–7pm | Wed: 9am–5pm | Thu: 11am–7pm | Fri: 9am–5pm
- 1 Saturday/month: 9am–5pm
