Job Duties:

Initiation & Analysis

• Ability to develop project proposals and charters outlining scope, objectives, costs, and timelines.
• Strong skills in conducting cost, scope, and schedule analysis to support early project planning.
• Experience engaging stakeholders to gather input, validate needs, and support project initiation.

Business Analysis & Planning

• Skilled in defining and documenting business rules, user requirements, and end‑to‑end business processes.
• Ability to produce Business Rule Documents and Program Statements/Specifications.
• Experience in analyzing development needs and updating project plans based on evolving requirements.

Execution & Implementation

• Hands-on experience with design, build, testing, and implementation activities across the project lifecycle.
• Ability to support development teams by ensuring clear, accurate, and actionable documentation.

Architectural & Technical Documentation

• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, storyboards, and screen design layouts.
• Ability to describe screen functionality, associated business rules, and system interactions.
• Experience designing table layouts, identifying data sources, and understanding data relationships.
• Ability to produce technical artifacts such as programming process models, data dictionaries, data models, system/technical documentation, user manuals, and database design documentation.
• Experience using diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio.

Project Control, Communication & Change Management

• Ability to maintain issue and change logs and monitor project progress.
• Strong communication skills for managing updates across project teams and stakeholders.
• Experience updating project plans and supporting organizational change management activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• The consultants need to have a thorough understanding of programming techniques and working experience in systems development life cycle processes. The Developer (DevOps) must know how to translate business requirements into pseudo code to pass on to the developer for coding.
• The consultant must be an experienced, skilled business and process analyst who understands ASP.NET code (Front-End) and complex SQL stored procedures.
• The consultant must be experienced in analyzing, modifying, and creating new stored procedures.
• The consultants need to be skilled in writing stored procedures that are efficient and do not have to make multiple round-trips to the database, which can cause performance issues.
• The consultants will be responsible for meeting with the users, reviewing, creating, and validating the business requirements documentation. Also, the consultants need to know how to analyze existing code (business rules/ business requirements) and determine what it will take to correct the problem.
• The consultants need to understand how the software system supports the business workflows, how to create functional requirement models, how to create use cases, and how data and information are stored and maintained using a variety of data modeling techniques.
• The consultants must have senior-level experience in developing technical solutions to business problems, beginning with analyzing and documenting business requirements.
• The consultants must be experienced in working closely with the application development team and other business areas.
• The consultants need to know how the business works operationally and the ability to communicate the business processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Senior-level work experience using Microsoft SQL 2012 or higher environment.
• Senior-level work experience in writing SQL Server scripts and Stored Procedures.
• Senior-level work experience using Microsoft ASP.NET technology.
• Senior-level work experience using Microsoft ASP (VB Script).
• Senior-level work experience in developing SQL reports using SQL reporting software.
• Senior-level work experience using Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
