We are seeking an experienced Senior to Lead Salesforce Developer to architect custom Salesforce solutions and lead complex integrations with enterprise and vendor applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, requiring someone who can drive successful implementations while mentoring development teams and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Development & Architecture:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce Communities
- Architect robust integrations between Salesforce and enterprise/vendor systems using both synchronous and asynchronous patterns
- Leverage integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi) and Salesforce APIs to ensure seamless data exchange
- Implement comprehensive security controls including authentication, authorization, encryption, and monitoring
Team Leadership & Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams of onsite and offshore developers and testers through complete development lifecycles
- Provide technical mentorship and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Decompose complex business requirements into actionable development tasks and sprint planning
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
- Present proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical solutions to business users
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration
- Manage expectations and maintain clear communication across onsite and offshore teams
Required Qualifications:
6 years of hands-on Salesforce development and integration experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform technologies
- Proven experience with integration tools and RESTful/SOAP API development
- Minimum two Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or Integration Architect preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership experience with development teams in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
- Experience with BRMS (Business Rules Management Systems) is a plus
