Clinical Service Representative
3 month Contract to Hire (temp to perm)
Onsite 5x a week in St. Louis, MO 63110
Set Rate $18/hr
M-F will be an 8-hour shift between 7:15AM-6PM (once converted to FT, there may be some OT needed)
REQUIRED
- Position is responsible for providing clinical office support which includes greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits and referrals, and collecting co-payments.
- Epic is required
- Working knowledge of insurance, medical terminology and computer skills.
PREFERRED
- Experience with checking in patients, answering phones, etc. strongly preferred
- BLS is required at time of converting.
