Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Inbound Customer Support — Answer calls from current and new customers, provide service information, and route needs appropriately.
- Outbound Scheduling Calls — Contact customers to schedule maintenance appointments and follow up on open service needs.
- Membership & Promotions Outreach — Call customers about promotions, membership updates, renewals, and service reminders.
- Service Titan Workflow Management — Use Service Titan to document calls, schedule jobs, update customer accounts, and track communication.
- Team Collaboration — Participate in a virtual team room, stay engaged with supervisors, and follow performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical Industry Experience — Understanding of home-services terminology, scheduling needs, and customer expectations.
- Service Titan Experience — Must be comfortable navigating the platform for scheduling, notes, and customer management.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with remote monitoring and eventual transition to an office setting.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday availability is a plus.
Work Environment
- Remote to start, working in a virtual team room with active monitoring and support.
- Expected transition to in-office within 12–18 months.
- Must be comfortable with both environments.
