- Hours: M-F 8am to 4:30pm
- Pay: $23/hr
Summary: We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to answer phones, answer email correspondences, take orders, input into our system, manage our current customer base and orders, and assist with shipping/receiving when needed in our warehouse!
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Answer phones
- Email correspondence
- Take orders over the phone and through email
- Take orders in person
- Input orders into the computer system
- Shipping/Receiving duties when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to pass a BG and drug screening
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving operations using UPS
