What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Tax Accountant position at Capital Search Group?
Our client, a high-profile NFP organization in Arlington, VA, seeks a Senior Tax Accountant to join its team permanently. Position reports to the Director and will be responsible for tax compliance and reporting for the non-profit entities, with exposure to for-profit affiliates, as well. BS in accounting (or related) required, along with 5 years relevant tax experience to include Form 990 preparation and related non-profit filings (sales & use, business license renewals, and other). Compensation targeted @ $100K -$125K base (commensurate with experience) bonus and excellent benefits. Role is a hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days per week in-office.
