Our Reston, VA based GovCon client seeks a Payroll Manager to join its team of professionals. Responsibilities include overseeing accurate and timely processing of payrolls and all related GL reconciliations, training/mentoring staff and developing payroll procedures. The ideal candidate will have seven plus years of payroll experience in the GovCon sector to include experience with Costpoint and T&E, staff management experience, multi-state payroll and excellent communication and organizational skills. This position is a hybrid work environment (2-3 days in-office). Highly visible position with career path upside. Compensation is up to $160K.
