What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of FP&A position at Capital Search Group?

We are working with our government contracting client based in Reston, VA to assist with a Director of FP&A, reporting to the CFO. This hands-on role will lead all FP&A, development of KPIs, budgeting/forecasting, management reporting and interaction with C-suite regularly. Must have excellent presentation skills, Costpoint/Unanet preferred. Hybrid office environment/remote, compensation to $200K bonus.
