Our client, a growing real estate development company in Bethesda MD, seeks a Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis.
Position reports directly to executive management/ownership, and will work in tandem with the Controller who oversees day-to-day accounting operations.
Role is both strategic and hands-on and will be responsible for ownership reporting, financial modeling and analysis, decision support, budgeting and forecasting, investments, cash flow management, and special projects.
CPA and real estate industry experience required. Compensation currently targeted at $200K all-in max. This position requires 5 days a week in office.
