Property Manager Position Available
The Company
Our company is hiring for a position on our property management team. We are a boutique property management & brokerage firm based in Burlingame, CA. Our property portfolio consists of both residential and large commercial clients.
This is a hybrid remote job with both in-office and at-home work flexibility.
Job Responsibilities
This list is a rough sketch of a few things you will commonly encounter in the day-to-day of this position:
- Administration of leases and enforcement of provisions with tenants
- Monitoring of rent payments and collections
- Coordinate repair and maintenance efforts across the portfolio
- Maintain close relationships with contractors, facility managers and tenants
- Work directly with management to improve workflow and efficiency
- Site visits to properties located within the Bay Area
Skills and Qualifications
- Problem Solving: candidate must be prepared to think on their feet, adapt and help find solutions to issues as they arise
- Multitasking: Capacity to prioritize multiple competing priorities and stay organized
- Communication: great verbal and written communication skills
- Technical: fluency with Excel and Word & property management software experience (Appfolio). Experience with Constant Contact and or LoopNet is a plus
- Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of applicable property management or related experience
- Real Estate License required
- Experience with commercial properties
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
Compensation
- Base salary dependent on experience/fit
- Growth based on merit, not tenure
