Sack Properties is looking for an experienced Regional Manager who can support sites within our Northern, CA portfolio. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, looking for a great career opportunity with our growing Property Management Company. The role will require occasional travel and will report to the Regional Director.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions
Asset Management: Responsible for Financial analysis and reporting to meet assets financial goals.
Operations Management: Quality Control of property including curb appeal, inspections, vendors. Responsible for all Resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations.
Capital Projects: Manager the maintenance programs and assist in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects.
Compliance Management: Ensure all properties adhere to local, state, and federal housing laws, regulations, and company policies.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and coach for your site in accordance with company policy and creating positive work environments to motivate and retain team members to obtain company objectives.
Marketing: Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies and oversee the sites overall marketing plan.
Customer Service: To provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, investors to leave a professional and positive impression of Sack Properties.
Qualifications:Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in property management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
