This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of branch performance, including sales, rentals, service, safety, and team development. - Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.

- 5-8 years of experience in equipment rentals, pump solutions, or construction equipment industry.
- 3 years of experience in branch or operations management.
- 2 years of sales or account management experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business operations systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor/industrial environments.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
