Regional Manager - Job Description
Capital Premium Financing, LLC has been in business for more than 30 years and is a leader in service in the premium finance loan industry. We are looking for Regional Sales Managers to join our team of professionals in a fun and fast-paced environment. Our Regional Sales Managers will work independently and be part of a dedicated group of individuals to build a network of lasting relationships with retail and general insurance agencies. This position is for the New England states, preferably based in New Hampshire or Boston.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through visits, calls and web meetings with local retail and general insurance agencies in assigned territory
- Manage existing and new insurance agency relationships
- Attend insurance trade shows, golf outings, and industry events to build and maintain relationships
- Maintain and update customer account database based on customer interactions
- Establish genuine friendships and relationships of trust to help facilitate ongoing business
- Identify and assess agency needs in order to maintain business and propel growth

Experience:
· Insurance Industry experience & existing network with retail agents and general agencies within defined territory preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
