What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ophthalmic Technician position at Capital Ophthalmology?
An Ophthalmic Technician who is responsible for conducting diagnostic testing, which includes measuring visual acuity, intraocular pressure and performing other ocular motility testing. Patient interaction which includes taking patients histories, and explaining procedures. Will also be responsible for operating, maintaining and sanitizing ophthalmic medical equipment. As well as responsible for assisting our Ophthalmologists during minor medical procedures.
