CMS is hiring Full-Time Debt Collectors to help customers resolve past-due accounts through respectful, compliant, and solution-focused conversations. Our collectors help improve customers' financial well-being while earning strong hourly pay and unlimited bonus potential.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding past-due accounts
• Work with customers to create realistic payment solutions
• Maintain strict compliance with FDCPA and all local, state, and federal regulations
• Accurately document account activity
• Meet performance and quality goals
  
  

Schedule & Training

• Training Start Date: April 20, 2026
• Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (2 weeks, fully paid)
• Post-Training: Full-time schedule with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts
  
  

Pay & Bonuses

• $17.00/hour - Associate's degree or higher
• $16.00/hour - No secondary education
• Unlimited monthly bonus opportunities

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional phone presence
• Ability to remain compliant and empathetic on every call
• Collections or call center experience preferred, but not required
