What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding past-due accounts
- Work with customers to create realistic payment solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with FDCPA and all local, state, and federal regulations
- Accurately document account activity
- Meet performance and quality goals
- Training Start Date: April 20, 2026
- Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (2 weeks, fully paid)
- Post-Training: Full-time schedule with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts
- $17.00/hour - Associate's degree or higher
- $16.00/hour - No secondary education
- Unlimited monthly bonus opportunities
