- Training (3 weeks): Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-the-Job Training (3 weeks): Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Contact customers regarding recent missed payments
- Provide solutions to help bring accounts current
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Accurately document account activity in company systems
- Deliver a positive, respectful customer experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
- Comfortable using computers and entering data
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Collections or financial services experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
