What You'll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Greet clients and visitors while creating a welcoming office environment
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and help keep the office organized
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
- Assist with marketing projects, community outreach, and promotional initiatives
- Help coordinate office events, client appreciation activities, and holiday parties
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Pitch in wherever needed to help the office operate efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional and confident phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
