Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and work areas regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to ensure seamless service.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, or catering environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to perform basic retail math for cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with local laws regarding alcohol service.
