Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions with accuracy, including basic math calculations for bills and tips.
- Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and complying with alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as catering or large banquets.
