Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, identify faulty components, and perform effective repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes, health and safety regulations.
- Provide clear communication to customers about the work performed and any recommended maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and team members to deliver comprehensive service solutions.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and report any safety concerns promptly.
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and methods.
- Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, crawling, and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
