Job Summary:
Designs and develops complex computer solutions and applies technology to meet the unique needs of the organization. Analyzes requirements and develops programs. Writes, tests, documents, and maintains computer programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five years of related experience is preferred.
