Service BDC Representative
Capital Ford of Wilmington is seeking our next Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced and expanding industry. The Service BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound internet and phone inquiries, generating service appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
- Respond promptly to internet service inquiries via phone and email
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with no-show customers
- Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction
- Contact customers regarding current service promotions and marketing campaigns
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers
- Manage a follow-up system that drives repeat business and referrals
- Generate appointments that result in dealership visits
- Strong computer skills
- Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently set appointments
- Positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude
- Professional, prompt, and customer-focused demeanor
