CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Porter/Valet. This role's main responsibility is to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and providing valet services. The Automotive Porter/Valet plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for both customers and dealership staff.

Automotive Porter/Valet Compensation and Benefits:

- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot
- Ensure that vehicles are properly staged, parked, and arranged according to dealership standards
- Perform regular inspections for cleanliness and report any issues to appropriate departments
- Provide valet services for customers visiting the dealership
- Greet customers, assist with parking, and retrieve their vehicles upon departure
- Offer a warm welcome to customers and assist with any questions or requests
- Assist with managing vehicle inventory, including tracking vehicle locations and availability
- All other duties assigned
- Previous experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, such as walking and standing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
