The FP&A Manager plays a crucial role in Capital for Change’s (C4C) fund management, business intelligence, and impact analysis. Reporting to the CFO, this role supports strategic, data driven decision-making by ensuring the accurate tracking of capital and ensures that all areas of the organization work in an integrated manner to maximize efficiencies and team effectiveness. This position requires a broad understanding and experience with all aspects of the company’s operations. The Fund Manager uses multiple platforms, including Salesforce, Sage Intaact, LFN (Loan Servicing Platform), and Excel to prepare performance reports, impact analyses, and manage funding allocations. The role includes supporting and coordinating requests and efforts with the lending and loan servicing departments in reviewing compliance with financial and operational policies, budget intelligence and producing P&L, break-even and proforma analyses on C4C’s core business programs.
2. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial and Data Management:
- Direct the maintenance of data regarding funding, rates, terms, availability and maturities from all sources public and private in Sage Intaact and reconcile differences against LFN. Communicate regularly with Lending departments regarding lending objectives and fund availability.
- Design and maintain portfolio performance dashboards for all portfolios in Sage Intaact and Excel.
- Oversee the reporting on lending performance and other impact metrics using Salesforce.
- Provide regular analysis on funding levels and needs based on current capital against the Capital and Lending Plans.
- Participate as needed in deal negotiations, communications, and relationships with funders regarding extensions, modifications, and renewals.
Internal Controls and Reporting:
- Close fund management financials and provide comprehensive financial briefings to the CFO and Controller by the 15th of each month.
- Participate in monthly finance and commercial team meetings focused on closing coordination and team communication.
- A key participant in Credit Committee meetings. A guest at Loan Committee meetings as requested.

4. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree - Finance, Business, Math, Accounting or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience related to community development, community development finance, or lending with an FP&A focus.
- 5-7 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce desirable.
- Experience in compliance reporting, particularly federal grant reporting, preferred.
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
