What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restoration Cleaning & Packing Technician position at Capital Fire & Water, Inc.?
Capital Fire and Water, a locally owned and operated disaster restoration company, is currently seeking a cleaning and packing technician. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience with detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties, as well as experience with packing of customer contents.
Responsibilities:
- Packing, detailed cleaning, and deodorizing customer belongings and contents
- Create itemized inventory lists of customer contents
- Cleaning duties, to include, but not limited to cleaning of floors, structural surfaces, washing walls and glass, removing debris, etc.
- Consistently perform detailed post-construction cleaning of residential and commercial property
- Provide extraordinary customer service
- Communicate with project managers and other team members
- Perform assigned work in a timely manner as a team or independently
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience of detailed contents/structure cleaning and contents packing
- General knowledge of water and fire damage restoration
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs. frequently
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check with no major felonies or misdemeanors.
Pay-rate will be determined by the amount of relatable experience you bring to the table ($17.00 - $21.00)
