We pride ourselves on providing quick and tailored funding solutions to businesses. To support our expansion, we’re seeking a seasoned Merchant Cash Advance Underwriter to join our team.

Position Overview:

This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced Merchant Cash Advance Underwriter to take ownership of a book of business while benefiting from a profit-sharing structure. You’ll play a key role in the underwriting process, from reviewing applications to managing funding approvals, ISO and merchant relationships, while being directly rewarded for your contributions to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze funding applications
• Approve or decline funding requests based on company guidelines and risk assessment.
• Request and evaluate stipulations and supporting documentation.
• Conduct merchant interviews and funding calls to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Manage repayment processes, including tracking payment performance and addressing delinquencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ISO's and merchants to support long-term profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and underwriting standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years preferred) in merchant cash advance underwriting.
• Deep understanding of MCA processes, including application review, risk assessment, and funding.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess creditworthiness and spot potential risks.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting merchant interviews and calls.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage your book of business effectively.
• Familiarity with repayment tracking and collections strategies.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on maximizing profitability.
