We are seeking an EBS Associate with experience implementing Oracle Contracting Lifecycle Management (CLM) to support a federal DoD acquisition and procurement modernization program. The ideal candidate has practical knowledge of Oracle CLM and related procurement modules and understands how contracting processes operate within a federal regulatory environment.
This is a primarily remote role supporting a Lackland, TX program with travel projected to be 2 days per quarter.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis:Work with contracting and procurement stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Oracle CLM and Procurement module implementations.
- Solution Design:Translate acquisition and contracting business needs into functional specifications and design solutionsleveragingOracle CLM functionality.
- Configuration and Implementation:Configure Oracle CLM, Procurement, and related modules (iSupplier,Purchasing) to meet federal contracting requirements, supporting deliverythrough toproduction.
- Testing:Develop test plans, scripts, and cases; perform functional testing andassistin user acceptance testing (UAT) for CLM workflows.
- Functional Support:Provide post-implementation support to contracting end-users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
- Collaboration:Serve as the functional liaison between contracting business units and technical delivery teams.
- Process Improvement:Analyze existing contracting and procurement processes andidentifyopportunities to improve efficiency through Oracle CLM.
- Documentation and Training:Develop system and user documentation for CLM workflows and deliver end-user training on new functionalities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Contracting Lifecycle Management (CLM) or equivalent federal contracting systems.
- Experience with Oracle EBS Procurement,Purchasing, andiSupplier(or similar supplier portal) modules.
- Understanding offederal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and contracting lifecycle processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional testing, and solution design in ERP or procurement systems.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 and its integration with CLM and financial modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate contracting and procurement business needs into functional requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Acquisition Management, IT, ora relatedfield.Additionalyears of experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 (T1) background investigation and Common Access Card (CAC).
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
- Oracle CLM integration with Oracle Financials (AP, GL) for contract-to-pay processing.
- Line of Accounting (LOA) implementation experience in a DoD or federal environment.
- Experience with legacy contracting system data migration and transition to Oracle EBS.
- Oracle Cloud Procurement or Oracle APEX configuration experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle certifications in Procurement or CLM preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models in large federal ERP programs.
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs or Air Force contracting operations.
- Knowledge of DFARS, FPDS reporting requirements, and federal contracting compliance.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
