Capital Construction Services specializes in the repair, reconstruction, and restoration of properties damaged by water, fire, storms, or vandalism. For two decades, we have provided home and business owners throughout Richmond and surrounding areas with exceptional service from our caring team members.
The Rebuild Sales Estimator position will represent the Capital name to the property insurance industry and their customers by providing accurate estimates and exemplary customer service. This person should have a positive attitude, high quality standards in their work, good work ethic, acute attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently as a team to keep projects on schedule. Company vehicle, computer and cell phone provided. Industry experience required.
Job Requirements:
- Respond to job leads, to include emergency situations such as storm, water, and fire damages.
- Visit job sites, manage contract paperwork, scope job damages, determine and write estimates.
- Monitor all projects from start to finish with assistance from our production team.
- Complete all documentation to include estimates and signed change orders.
- Properly update and manage job data entry on a daily basis in multiple computer platforms and programs.
- Communicate between customers, insurance companies and Capital’s team is one of highest of priorities, which leads to exceptional customer service.
- Participate in on call rotation.
- Works with other personnel to ensure the department runs smoothly and effeiciently.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have construction knowledge.
- Estimating and project management experience a plus.
- Sales Experience preferred.
- Ability to learn various types of estimating software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be self motivated; works well individually.
- Must be a team player; works well with team.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
